Atlas Arcanumby BlackSmith Forge

The creator’s workspace

Atlas Arcanum Foundry

A private administrative application used by Federico Guerra, the creator behind BlackSmith Forge, to prepare and operate the Atlas Arcanum project.

What the application does

Foundry brings project settings, content planning, a calendar, communication templates and email usage checks into one workspace. It runs on the creator’s private computer. This public website is informational and provides no access to that workspace.

Gmail: read-only support context

The creator connects the existing BlackSmith Forge Gmail account to consult relevant support conversations. Foundry can display sender, subject, dates, message text, threads, read status and attachment information. A configurable search and date range help select the relevant messages.

The requested Google permission is Gmail read-only. It technically permits reading the connected mailbox; the search narrows the application view. Foundry does not send Gmail messages, create Gmail drafts, delete messages or change their read status. Replies are sent personally from Gmail.

Optional Codex assistance

Only when the creator requests and confirms a Mail Check, selected message text may be sent through the locally authenticated Codex client to OpenAI for summaries, categories and proposed reply text. The model processing is an online service, not an offline model. The creator reviews suggestions and sends any reply manually in Gmail.

Project communications

Sender is the intended provider for newsletters and transactional project emails. Its integration is being configured and tested. This website currently has no subscription form; a support email does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access and control

The Google connection is solely for the creator’s mailbox. Visitors and backers are not asked to connect their own Google accounts. The creator can revoke Foundry in Google Account permissions. For data questions, contact blacksmith.forge.hub@gmail.com.
